We are pawsitively thrilled to announce that Riverside Animal Hospital would like to welcome you back into the hospital building starting Monday, May 2, 2022.

For clients who chose to come into the exam room with their pets we ask that you follow the following safety protocols:

• Only ONE CLIENT per appointment inside the hospital. Masks are required when inside the hospital and we still ask that you call from the parking lot when you arrive.
  • Once you call and let us know you have arrived, we will gather your vehicle information and escort you and your pet into the building.
• For those who prefer to remain outside the hospital, we will happily continue to offer curbside services. Please call when you arrive to let us know you prefer to remain in your vehicle.
• The lobby will remain closed during this time.

Please remember that these guidelines are in place to provide you with the best possible service while keeping our staff, clients, and community safe.
